Job Responsibilities and Qualifications



Support Workers for Children

Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people, assist with daily living activities, and encourage independence and life skills development. Must have at least 6 months’ experience and an NVQ Level 1 in Health & Social Care.



Health Care Assistants

Deliver personal care with sensitivity and respect, support clients with daily activities, and work with diverse service users. Experience in nursing or residential homes is preferred.


