Residential Support Worker
Full-time | Shift Work
We’re looking for caring, patient individuals to join our team of residential support workers. You’ll provide direct care and support to children with learning disabilities in our home environment.
Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people
Understanding of learning disabilities
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)

Deputy Manager
Full-time | On-site
Join our leadership team as a Deputy Manager. You will oversee daily operations, support staff development, and ensure high-quality care for children with emotional and behaviour difficulties.
Requirements:
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
Supervisory or Deputy Manager experience in children’s residential care
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and regulatory standards
